What you will receive
One email, sent when there is something a beauty or wellness brand owner would want to know. It is not sent on a schedule and it is not filled to meet one, so some months carry two issues and some carry none. An issue holds four things and nothing else.
- What changed. Regulatory and guidance changes affecting the category, in plain language, with the source linked.
- One thing worth doing. A single practical action, with the reasoning behind it.
- From the paper. New or substantially updated articles.
- One sponsored slot. Labelled, positioned outside the editorial section, and never inside an article or a recommendation.

What we do with your address
We hold your email address and the date you subscribed, and nothing else. We do not ask for your name, your business or your telephone number. The list is not sold, rented or shared with anyone for their own purposes, including directory customers and newsletter sponsors: a sponsor is told the send volume afterwards and nothing about who is on the list.
Every email carries an unsubscribe link and we act on it immediately. The full position is in the privacy notice, and if anything here looks wrong the contact page is answered.
